Your business strategist and calm in the chaos

People tell me they feel at home with me.

It’s the compliment I cherish most because my upbringing was a complicated, high-stakes situation.

So, the fact that I can be a trusted space for others makes me want to shoulder shimmy.

My passion is helping others live a life with more ease and less suffering, and it starts with tackling the tough topics that make others run for cover.

When we’re willing to address the chaos and get our shit together, we can enjoy a life of less burden during our finite time on this planet.

I wholeheartedly believe that business leaders who make consistent time in their schedules to prioritize strategic planning and risk management will achieve their goals…in business AND in life.

But you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to lead conversations setting the stage to create or clarify the vision for your business journey and life that you crave.

How did I get here?

I’ve always loved problem-solving and supporting others. Ask anyone who knows me, I’m the person to call when you’re in a jam, feeling overwhelmed, or just trying to figure out what’s next.

In college, I fell in love with project management…yes dramatic to say, but kinda true. It offered universal frameworks that made order out of chaos and clarified how to make dreams and goals ACTIONABLE. I have been a certified PMP consultant for 15 years and have applied these skills to serving corporate and small business clients in many industries.

I’m also a certified Director of Operations and End-of-Life Doula…yes, that is a thing. These roles require leadership, proactive strategic thinking, and holding space for clients in a very deep way without any judgment—my zone of genius.

I knew I could have a massive impact supporting entrepreneurs doing what I do best, so I jumped in and haven’t looked back. And the results speak for themselves.

What people are saying…

Core Values

  • My superpower is helping you explore the tough conversations that often require vulnerability. My approach cultivates trust for you to be HUMAN and share openly without judgment.

I consider your investment in our partnership an honor and treat it with great respect.

  • An antidote to fear is curiosity. Our fear is usually rooted in what we don't yet understand. When we lean-in and get curious, the scope of possibility expands.

  • I approach each client relationship as a strategic partnership. It's you and me vs. the problem or goal. We are both invested in the work necessary to achieve the desired transformation.

  • "It's about engaging in our lives from a place of worthiness. It means cultivating the courage, compassion, and connection to wake up in the morning and think, no matter what gets done and how much is left undone, I am enough. It's going to bed at night thinking, Yes, I am imperfect and vulnerable and sometimes afraid, but that doesn't change the truth that I am also brave and worthy of love and belonging." - Brene Brown
